Ingredients: organic botanicals of black elderberry, rosehip, ginger, cinnamon stick, lemon peel, cardamom pods, clove, star anise.
Directions: pour entire contents into sauce pan, add 5 cups water. Simmer 45 minutes, reducing to approximately half in volume. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before adding 1 cup raw honey. Refrigerate. Use within 3 months of brewing. Take 1T daily to support healthy immunity.
